"Keyhole markup language" (KML) files can be dragged and dropped into any open Google Earth session to display additional content.
For details of presently available RAPID-WATCH files see below. The downloads will unzip into a .kml file and an images folder. Drag the .kml file into the Google Earth
window to access the content.
