The venue and how to get there

Accommodation
Participants are responsible for booking their own accommodation.
Booking a room at Wolfson College
There are still rooms available at Wolfson College; these are pre-booked by NERC and available on a first come, first serve basis. To make an online booking:
- Follow this link https://www.wolfson.ox.ac.uk/node/905
- Enter promotion code NERC2017.
Do this before you search for availability to check if there is still a pre-booked room available. Failing to enter the code may lead to a message of "No rooms available", - Then click on the Calendar symbol and enter your Arrival date, and then your Departure date
- Click on 'Check Availability'
If any difficulty is encountered, please don't hesitate to email the Wolfson Conference Office direct, and they will make the booking for you: events|at|wolfson.ox.ac.uk
Finding other accommodation
